Tomorrow, a number of us will leave for RunningWorks XC Camp. For those going, they should bring:
2 pairs of running shoes (no racing shoes)
Running shorts/socks/tops for the week
Slacks, shorts, shirts for the week
Underwear, socks for the week
Jacket, sweater, rainwear
Sheets & blankets, or sleeping bag
Pillow & pillow case
Towels/face cloth
Bathing Suit
Sandals/flip-flops for shower/pool
Toiletries
Small Amount of Money
Optional:
Insect Repellent
Small Fan
Flashlight
It gets cold at night and in the morning, so be sure to pack more than just shorts and t-shirts.
To those not going to camp, practice will still be held at the normal time.
