Cam-Glo Relays

The Forcast of high winds didn't disappoint on Saturday at Pennsauken for the Cam-Glo Relays. Wind gust were said to have reached 50 miles per hour, and it was definitely felt on the entire back straightaway. Even though times were incredibly off, in the wrong direction, every east distance runner who competed walked away with a Medal. The East Track team won the JV competition overall. Things started off with the 4x1600 team of John Arnold, Chris Dinh, Dave Berger, and Scott Zhao who took 2nd to Eastern. The 'B' team of Josh Elkin, Mike Liachowitz, Andrew Berger, and Russell Beatty took 1st in the JV 4 x 1600 and would have taken 5th in the Varsity race. Next was the DMR which also took 2nd place to Delsea, the team consisted of Tony Chen, George Blunt, Craig Fishbein, and Damon Glatz. Damon had one the best races anchoring the DMR and posted the 2nd fasted 1600 time for east on the day. The 'B' team of Mike Liachowitz, Steve Dellelci , Steve Omari, and Rob Cooper in the DMR placed 2nd. Last for the Distance team was the 4x800 where John Arnold, Craig Fishbein, Tony Chen, and Dave Berger placed 3rd and the 'B' team of Jack Pinsky, Tommy Tang, Damon Glatz and Shyme placed 1st.

Next up are the Bridgeton Relays on Saturday April 11th.
As always, keep running...
