Goals Forum
We all filled out the goal sheets to give to coach, but we have always said that goals should be shared with everyone so you are always held accountable. So, let's hear some goals, either team or individual.

Team Goal...........undefeated dual meet season ( beat cherokee)........go to states............top 3 at conference
Make a long story short on my condition just so everyone who wonders knows this.
It looks like its just a bad pull or tear in my muscles. But also being flat-footed, it causes my hips to lean inward putting stress on them as well, so eventualy they just gave out. Going to a chiropractor to work it all out. According to the thing I got, I'll be fully healed in about 6 or more weeks, not sure if I'll be allowed to start light training before then. But good luck with the rest of the summer guys, I'll visit from time to time.
Not exactily sure. Depends on if the doc says I'm good to start cross training eventualy. But it's not looking like I'll be able to join you guys at the confrence meet.
"Certain peptides, called ekephalins, and B-endorphine...were discovered and found to morphinelike effects. These may be the substances ultimately responsible for tolerance to pain. (It has been theorized that 'joggers' high,' the state of quasi-addiction to long-distance running, may be attributed to the release of these peptides.)"
