Sectionals

Earlier today, East traveled to Delsea to compete at the South Jersey Group 4 Sectional Race. On the fast Delsea course, East finished fifth to advance to the State Meet for the second straight year. Leading the way for East was Steve Omari, placing 15th with a new PR of 16:38. Damon Glatz ran well to place 19th with a time of 16:48 and Chris Dinh set a new PR of 16:56 to take 25th place. To round out the scoring, sophomores Zach Ianarelli and DJ Rodriguez placed 37th and 40th with times of 17:15 and 17:20. East scored 131 points and averaged 16:59.
