The DMR team of Nate Burt, Dave Berger, Joe Epps, and Keith Johnson won their heat with a time of 10:55.14, one of the fastest from an East team in years. That time was also the fastest of the day, again a first for an East DMR in quite a while. Congratulations! More from the meet (including splits) later. As always, keep on running.
