Eastern States
Earlier today, the varsity boys team traveled to Van Cortlandt Park in New York, to compete in the Eastern States cross country meet. The course consisted of a grueling 2.5 miles of hilly trails, where the weak were punished and the strong were rewarded. Cherry Hill East took 1st place, with a total of 44 points. Highlights include all 7 runners getting in the top 20 and receiving medals. Upcoming races include the Frosh/Soph meet at GCC on Monday, and Olympic Conference on Friday. Everyone should be ready to run their fastest because in 14 days its make-or-break. Thats right, Sectionals is approaching...
