I just wanted to inform you that on October 15th, 2006 there will be the annual JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. The walk will be held as always at Cooper River Park. To register for the walk, please click the link below and follow the steps provided:

I hope all of you can attend this event, because it is a lot of fun, and obviously it is for a good cause. Note: Our team will be called CH East XC. If you have any questions or problems then just get my attention.
looks like east distance had fun at camp. I should have came out this year for conditioning etc. ( do the 5k...):(-shame on me! lol I might be out next year, but I 'll definitely try to make it out to some of the meets this fall. As for now I will continue to do my runs to Eastern, speed endurance workouts, and lifting until the winter comes. - Chantz
