Update
Today Brandon "Class 4" Cohen returned to practice, and proceded to completely outrun Rueben, like usual. Rueben was supposed to beat both me and Brandon as of last winter, but after a series of "injuries" Rueben has lost his "natural talent" and "pure running ability." Hopefully he will be able to regain his form before the season starts, but it seems difficult to lose 30 lbs in a month. (Was that mean?). Looks like we are starting to come together as a team though. Brian and I did a 6.7 mile run this morning in 45min 38 sec, which is 6:49 mile pace, which is looking pretty good. Keep running. -Mike
