Chris Arnold here again. Last tuesday the cougars went to gcc for a duel meet vs. the lenape indians. Unfoutanetly, the cougars took a loss as many of the indians improved from their first 2 races. THe score was 23 to 32. Minion led the cougars with a strong 3rd place finish with a 17:01 followed by ben dillon, dan "the man" helfend, J Dash, Bruce the Goose, A strong proformance from chris mele and 7th man Aaron "The Frosh" Groff. Other strong performances include Jeff Braun with an 1840. Lokesk, Brett Dashevsky, and Jason Decker all close to sub 20. Dor and kennedy also finished nicely along with other good performances. The cougars prepare for their next race at Delsea High School for the SJ open where Chris Arnold will lace up for his first race coming off his ankle injury. Get ready for Saturday boys. Lets go.
