Batch Meet #2

Yo boys

Tuesday, the team traveled up to good ol' GCC for the second batch meet of the year.

In the first race of the day, Adam Rosenthal ran an 18:45, definitely a respectable time on C course. The rest of the boys in the Varsity race did a workout, so we'll just get to the JV re-cap.

The JV race was certainly a sight to see. Brad Krell busted out an 18:58, claiming first. As always, his kick was phenomenal. Next up was Matt Burt, coming in at 19:23, taking 3rd. Sean Taylor had a nice race, coming in as East's third runner. Dan Helfand broke 20:00 for the first time; it was a pretty sick race. Although slightly disappointed, he managed to run a 19:40. Rounding out the top 7 were Kennedy, Christian Mele, and Walder. I'd love to see freshman Christian and Senior Walder get under 20:00 soon.
