Meet: Washington Township and Pennsauken

Today, the team faced Washington Township and Pennsauken. The varsity guys stayed home to prepare for a tough workout and the South Jersey Open on Saturday. The JV guys got trashed by Washington Township, but beat out Pennsauken thankfully. But great job to the freshmen! Four freshmen ran sub-20 times. Leading that pack was Scott Zhao, who finished in 19:08 in the varsity race, followed by Tyler Caton in 19:23, and Andrew Berger in 19:47. Moments later, Chris Heljak led our JV team with a 19:46 finish. It looks like a nice showdown is in the cards between Chris and Andrew in the freshman race at this weekend's South Jersey Open. Following in the JV race were Josh Elkan in 20:15, Travis Boardman in 20:23, and Shyam (sorry I can't find where I wrote your last name down) in 20:35. That's four freshman under 20 and seven under 21!
