Earlier today, the cross country team participated in a time trial in Fox Hollow woods. For the more advanced runners, the course consisted of 4, 1-mile loops around the neighborhood. The results for top 7 were as follows:
1) Dave Berger - 21:48
2) Danny Fuentes - 22:55
3) Nate Burt - 23:06
4) Max Cohler - 23:33
5) Craig Fishbein - 24:20
6) Joel Burt - 24:21
7) Colin Kosinski - 25:09
For the freshman and novice runners, the course was 2 miles. Some noteable performances included freshman Scott Zhao grabbing the first place spot in 12:23, with Andrew Berger and Josh Elkan following in close behind. Since there were so many runners, we cannot comment upon every freshman/novice time. However, it is evident that there is a great future ahead for the Cherry Hill East cross country team.
