The boys cross country team will be practicing every Monday-Friday at 6:00am. Saturday practices are scheduled to change, and there will be no practices on Sundays (however, you are expected to still run on your own). Be sure to bring proper running apparel, such as running shoes, shorts, and a shirt. Also, bring plenty of water to drink, as well as a snack. Practices usually last about 2 hours, so be prepared to stay until 8:00am. It is suggested that you bring an extra pair of clothing because you will get very sweaty after the runs. The last couple of practices have ended closer to 9:00 rather than 8:00.
8:30 actually. That's the latest most people stay due to work.
We make it so that everyone can leave (if they have to) by 8:00 for their jobs, but if you stay the whole time (we do striders, plyos, pushups, planks, ab workouts) practices can sometimes run to 8:30.
