Haven't posted in a while... That's Mike's fault.
Anyway, today we ran in the first ever relay meet at Haddonfield High School today. In the open 1600m run, Jason Klein set a big 8 second PR with a time of 5:06. Colin Kosinski followed in 5:08 and Tim Dinh in 5:11. Jon Arnold ran a time of 5:16, and Kevin Lanni in 5:23, Chris Dinh in 5:38, and Mike Heflich in 5:45.
The Distance Medley Relay ran a time of 12:09. Max Cohler lead off in the 1200 with a nice time of 3:36. He passed the baton to Jesse Herrmann who ran the 400 in 61 seconds. Pete Tzeng followed in 2:16, and Dan Fuentes anchored with the 1600m leg in a time of 5:16.
The 4x800m relay team ran a nice time of 8:51, with Craig "X" Fishbein leading off in 2:11, followed by Dave Berger in a PR time of 2:13, Joel Burt in 2:13, and Mike Levin in 2:14. They finished second to a talented Haddonfield team.
Brandon Cohen and Andrew Baeckstrom ran in the open 400m race, running times of 58s and 63s respectively.
Keep in mind that all of these times (except the open races) are splits, and may be slightly off.
