On Wednesday, East suffered a loss at the hands of Cherokee and West. While this was a dissapointing day overall, there were some impressive performances, including Mike Levin's 16:30, Dave Berger's 16:40, and freshman Nate Muhlberg with a big PR of 18:46. There were some other big PR's, but since I am already making this post 5 days late, you will have to PR again to get your name on the website. Sorry for the late post.
With about a week and a half before our next meet, we're looking to get some quality work in before facing Eastern and Lenape, then traveling to Holmdel Park for the Shore Coaches Invitational. Keep on Running.

Same as last year (red shirts), but put "expletive deleted" on the back
no. i think thats taking it in the wrong direction. we need a shirt that just says what our team stands for. i vote "penis. there, we said it" as our shirt slogan.
