On Saturday, six East runners will travel to Haddon Township for the Camden County Championships. Mike Levin and Mike Adler will represent the Cougars in the 3200m. Dave Berger and Danny Fuentes will run the 1600m, and Joel Burt and Craig Fishbein will run the 800m. They will compete against other competetive teams from the area, including Triton and Haddonfield. Last year several team members came out to support Mike Adler and myself (Brandon Cohen), so it would be nice if some of us traveled to Haddon Heights to support the runners.
For those not racing, there will be a 1600m time trial tomorrow to keep in racing shape as the season progresses. The early favorite to win is Wilfred Omari, who has already run 4:50 this season, but several other runners are hot in pursuit. The underdog in the race is Jason Klein, who has gained a cult following so far this season. I will try to post more, as people have been asking me to post more. Keep on running.

i believe its Haddon Township, not Heights
washington township won't be there--they're not in camden county, but they will be at olympic conference championships next week
i don't think we r going to the conference meet.... even if we run the times to get in
