On Friday January 6, 2 relay teams competed in the Haverford Large School Relays at, well, Haverford College. The Distance Medley Relay finished 14th overall, with:
Pete Tzeng (07')- 3:45 (1200m)
Mike Drake (07')- 0:55 (400m)
Max Cohler (08')- 2:30 (800m)
Mike Adler (06')- 5:13 (1600m)
The young 4 X 800m relay team finished with a time of 10:32 with:
Danny Fuentes (08')- 2:40
Pascal Kriete (09')- 2:35
Craig Fishbein (09')- 2:25
Jon Arnold (09')- 2:52

Congratulations to the girls 4 X 200m relay team of Amy Horowitz, Elena Friedman, Lindsay Dwyer, and Maddie Cattuna, who placed first in their heat.
The members of the team who ran in the scrimmage and those who are training to prepare for the upcoming Princeton meets stayed back at school, and endured the grueling Signal Hill workout, which included 15 repetitions this time instead of 10. This is our 60th post. Keep on running.
