Saturday the South Jersey Group IV Sectional Champion girls toed to the line of the Group IV Championship race at Holmdel Park. Unfortunately, several setbacks rendered the girls unable to repeat their performance from the previous Saturday, finishing an unusual 13th. As a team we will not move on to the Meet of Champions next
Saturday, but Theresa Cattuna, the 5th place finisher in the race with a time of 19:07, qualified for the meet as an individual. Congratulations to all the girls who helped the team to reach this point, which is a great accomplishment in itself.
