[Meet Tomorrow] Washington Township v. Pennsauken v. East

The East XC team has their second meet of the year tomorrow at Gloucester County College. The meet is against Washington Township, the #2 ranked team in South Jersey, and Pennsauken, who may not even field a team for the meet. Hopefully we will have a chance to improve our record, because Washington Township hasn't raced very well recently. They may be hoping to run easy and walk over us, but we aren't going to go down without a fight. Remember: RUN HARD TOMORROW. Keep On Running.

P.S. For those of you who doubted my quote at practice HERE IT IS:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Before stopwatches, cinder tracks, and perfect records, man ran for the purest of reasons: to survive. The saying goes that "every morning in Africa, an antelop wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion, or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest antelope, or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or an antelope, when the sun comes up, you'd better be running."
