Today East had its last home meet of the year against Lenape. What started off as a windy and chilly day turned into pretty good racing conditions by the time the meet got started. In the 1600 Chris Dinh placed 3rd and ran a 3 second PR with a time of 4:43. In the 800 Steve Omari and Tony Chen placed 2nd and 3rd while Andrew Berger placed 4th with a 1 second PR. Last up was the 3200 where John Arnold took off after the first mile closing in 4:53 on his way to a first place finish and a season best time of 10:10. Wrapping up a East sweep was Damon Glatz in 2nd and Craig Fishbein in 3rd with a huge PR.
For many tomorrow will conclude the season at the Haddonfield Distance Night. The bus leaves and 6:00 and the meet starts at 7:00.
