Friday and Saturday three members of the East Track team competed in the New Jersey Group 4 State championships at Egg Harbor twp. high school. On Friday Dave Berger placed 4th in the 1600 with a time of 4:19.25 qualifying him for the Meet of Champs on this upcoming Wednesday. On Saturday Dave joined Nate Burt in the 3200 where things didn't really go their way, but none the less Nate Burt wrapped up what was a great season. Also competing for East was Uchenna Njoku in the High Jump. Uchenna placed 5th also qualifying him to the Meet of Champions on Wednesday.
