Today, East competed against Lenape High School on the home track. The meet ended in a 78-62 win for East, bringing our record to 2-3. Highlights include Dave Berger's 4:35 performance in the 1600m (a 7 second PR). Joel Burt followed closely behind in 4:38. The team took places 1 and 2 in that race. Later, in the 800m, the team pulled only a 3rd place effort. Nate Burt finished that race with a PR, as did Mike Liachowitz, with a 34-second PR. Finally, in the 3200m, Peter Tzeng finished 1st with a 20-second PR in 10:32. The team also took 1st and 2nd in that event. Chris Dinh also finished with a 6-second PR.
Furthermore, part of the team will be competing this Saturday at the Camden County Championships. The rest of this season is as follows:
Camden County Championships - 5/12
Cherokee Novice - 5/15
Olympic Conference Championships - 5/16
Haddonfield Distance Night - 5/22
Group 4 South State Sectionals - 5/25 and 5/26
Group 4 State Meet - 6/2
At this point in the season, it's time to be running your fastest. It's really time to start toughing it out so we can all say we had a great season. Get ready for County on Saturday!

hey dan you really need to redo this post...its very vague and has a few grammar mistakes. plus its supposed to be a blog about the meet so dont say how you feel about how people should be racing (take out the last part).
Looks pretty good to me- and we always say that people should be racing their fastest this time of year that's not just what Dan thinks. I don't really know what you're talking about...
why do you gotta be showing no respek?
No posts about the eastern meet... Did you guys forget?
what grammar mistakes are there
